Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so without any charges within 10 minutes of placing the order. You can cancel by calling us at +44 20 7946 0958. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted beyond this timeframe as your order will already be in the process of being made.
Refunds for Products
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza you received, please contact us immediately. Eligible food items can be returned for a refund within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
In the case of a valid refund request due to quality issues, we will offer you a choice between a full refund or a voucher for the value of the original purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us, and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you as quickly as possible or issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Consumed food or partially consumed food cannot be refunded. If you experience an issue with one of our juices drinks, such as soda or lemonade, please contact us, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
