'HarborSideCommons originated from a modest aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Launched by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our little pizza shop began as a family-managed venture, using recipes that have been passed along generations.
Marco Rossi, the founder, mastered pizza crafting on her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples, where pizza was born. After her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, employing traditional methods and top-grade materials.
Starting off as a quaint 12-seat eatery, it has now turned into a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our dedication to quality and traditional methods has stayed resolute. We continue to prepare our pizzas in classic wood-fired ovens, make our pizza dough fresh each day, and procure the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'HarborSideCommons' is still a family-run business with the successor of the Rossi family steering our devoted crew. While we have adopted a few contemporary innovations, the core ethos of our business, creating appetizing, genuine pizza that connects people, stays untouched.
